1. Definitions and parties
"Company", "we", "us" or "our" refers to COOL ROOM DIGITAL, the legal entity operating the AFRIVITA brand. "Customer", "you" or "your" refers to any person who visits this website or places an order. "Website" refers to this Third Eye Awakening System sales page and its related pages. "Digital Products" refers to the PDF ebooks and guides sold here: the Third Eye Awakening System, The African Spiritual Compendium Vol. I and Vol. II, The Meaning of Dreams and the bonus guides included in the bundles. "Order" refers to any completed payment that results in the delivery of one or more Digital Products.
2. Acceptance of terms
By using the Website or completing an Order, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place an Order. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the Company under applicable law, including the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and, where applicable, EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
3. Nature of the products and disclaimer
All Digital Products are original works of cultural, educational and anthropological documentation published by the Company. They document traditional practices, historical knowledge and the spiritual heritage of African peoples. They are not medical advice, psychological treatment, financial, legal or any other licensed professional service. No specific personal, spiritual, financial or health outcome is guaranteed, expressed or implied.
4. Ordering, payment and delivery
Orders are completed on the checkout pages of our authorised sales platforms: Selar for visitors paying in African currencies, and Gumroad for visitors paying in USD, EUR or GBP. After your payment is confirmed, your Digital Products are delivered electronically by the platform, on the confirmation page and by email to the address you entered at checkout.
Delivery is usually immediate, but it can be delayed by the payment processor, your email provider or spam filters. If you have not received your books, please (i) check your spam or promotions folder, (ii) check that the email address entered at checkout was correct, and (iii) contact us at afrivita01@gmail.com so we can resend them.
5. Prices and currency
Prices are displayed in the currency detected from your location, which you can change at any time with the currency selector. Supported currencies include NGN, GHS, KES, ZAR, ZMW, RWF, UGX, TZS, XOF, XAF, USD, EUR and GBP. Prices shown in local African currencies are converted from our naira prices and are indicative: the final amount and currency are those confirmed on the checkout page. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one confirmed at checkout. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
6. Intellectual property and licence
All content on the Website and in the Digital Products (texts, ebook content, designs, images, branding and code) is the exclusive intellectual property of COOL ROOM DIGITAL. With a valid Order you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased Digital Products for private, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:
- copy or reproduce the Digital Products in any medium;
- resell, redistribute or use them commercially;
- share the files through messaging apps, cloud storage, social media or file-sharing networks;
- modify, translate or create derivative works from them.
Any breach of this clause is copyright infringement and may lead to civil and/or criminal action.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to submit false information at checkout, commit payment fraud, interfere with the security of the Website, use bots or scrapers on its content, or act in any unlawful or harmful way. We may refuse or cancel any Order where such conduct is suspected or confirmed.
8. Third-party sales platforms
Payments are processed by Selar, Gumroad and their payment partners, each under its own terms of service and privacy policy. The Company never receives or stores your card details, bank credentials or mobile money PIN. We are not liable for losses, errors or disputes caused by the systems of these third-party providers.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim linked to the Website or a Digital Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Order concerned. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data or opportunity.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute shall first be handled through good-faith negotiation. If it is not resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap. A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004), conducted in English. Either party may still seek urgent interim relief from a competent court.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page when you place an Order applies to that Order.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of the Terms will remain in force.
